Я особо каких-то противоречий этого блога с симетричными нагрузками не заметил. А спина - хорошо, болей нет, не вспоминаю о ней практически... Вот сейчас пробую асиметричную расстяжку спины. Надежда уменьшить угол искревления еще осталась))
